What to Try First
When any issue occurs that is not easily fixed by closing and reopening the application, always attempt to stop the program and clear the cache first. This resolves 75% of all problems.
To stop and clear the cache:
Open your application manager
Select Tournament Games from the application list
Click "Force Stop" and then confirm by clicking "Ok"
Click "Clear Data" and then confirm again by clicking "Ok"

Aim-n-Aider Pool will soon be added to the list of available tournaments for Android Mobile. Also in the works, Trick Bowling will also be added to the lineup very soon!

White Screen Issues
If the application encounters issues while running due to other applications and actions that are running in the background, sometimes you will encounter a white screen. If stuck on this white screen, return to the home screen of your mobile device. Then check to make sure that other programs or updates are not running in the background and attempt to relaunch the application. If you still encounter issues, Contact Support.
Sending Error Logs
When you encounter any type of error within the app, please take a moment to send us your error log file. You can do this by clicking "Help" in the upper right hand corner and scrolling down and clicking the button that says "Press Here to Send Us Your Log File."
Retry Pop-up Box
If the application takes too long to contact our server at any point you may encounter a retry pop-up box. If this occurs, simply choose "Yes" to allow the software to attempt to contact the server again. Usually this will allow you to continue with what you were doing when the problem occurred.
Application Suddenly Stops
If the application cannot stay open for whatever reason, you may encounter an error message that states that the software has suddenly stopped. If this occurs, please click "Report" so that we have a record of the issue and can work to resolve it as soon as possible.
